Deposit & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and preferred time.
  • Your session is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
  • If your deposit is not received within 7 days from the inquiry, your session will be cancelled and released for re-booking
  • The remaining balance is due upon the date of your session, unless otherwise arranged.



Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time so we can make the most of your session.
  • If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible.
  • Sessions that start late due to client delay may still end at the originally scheduled time, especially if another session follows your booking.



No-Shows

  • No-shows will result in a full loss of your sessions deposit.
  • If you miss your session without communication, the session will be considered cancelled and non-refundable.



Cancellations

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are subject to loss of deposit.
  • I understand that life happens - if you need to reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible so we can find a new date.



Weather Rescheduling

  • Yukon weather is unpredictable, and I'll keep a close eye on the forecast leading up to your session.
  • If the weather isn't ideal (heavy rain, high winds, extreme cold etc.), I will reach out to discuss rescheduling
  • Light snow, overcast skies or a gentle breeze often make for magical photos - so don't worry if the weather isn't "perfect".
  • A reschedule date is not guaranteed as I may have other sessions scheduled for that preferred date. I will make best efforts to ensure you get a date of your choosing or discuss alternative dates with you.



Children & Pets

  • I absolutely welcome kids and pets! Please bring a favorite toy or treats to help keep their attention during the session.
  • For pet sessions, a leash and water are recommended. A backup handler is always helpful if we want shots without your furry friend in every frame.
  • Children are not permitted to handle or grab at the camera equipment, please address your child in the event they are attempting to grab and handle any of the camera equipment to avoid any accidental damages.
  • Gallery sizes are dependent on your children or animals participation. Children and animals are unpredictable and at times do not want to be involved in the session.


Image Delivery & Edits

  • Your edited gallery will be delivered within 2-3 weeks of your session via an online gallery download. You will be provided with a 4-digit PIN within your email to allow for high quality downloads.
  • Screenshotting is not recommended as it lessens the quality and results in blurry or pixelated images.
  • Please do not alter or add filters over my edits as this will not accurately reflect my work and set potential future clients up for editing styles that do not match my work.  
  • I always encourage potential clients to view my work on social media or my website to ensure my editing style best suits their interest. I wholeheartedly understand that clients will book with photographers that best match their style.
  • Galleries include light retouching and consistent editing in my unique style. Raw photos aren't always as aesthetically pleasing before the editing, and the images I'm delivering are representing my business.
  • Raw images will not be provided to clients.
